Sinoway sign an agreement with Gaocheng Calciner to set
up an Joint venture company to produce low sulphur
Calcined Petcoke for supplying to oversea smelters, the
plant are designing for 100,000mt at beginning,combine
with Gaocheng calciner’s original production ,final
capacity of the plant will reach 250,000mt per annual. |

July 21, 2004
Aluminum Bahrain (Alba) signed an agreement with
Sinoway and authorized Sinoway as its agent for purchasing of Green Petcoke from China.

2H of Y2001, Sinoway supplied the first
shipment of Fuel grade Petcoke to Chinese markets; |

In Y2002, Sinoway totally supplied 250,000mt of fuel
grade petcoke to Chinese markets; |

In Y2002, United Rubber Chemical Corp. (URCC) which
100% owned by Sinoway was established and specialized in
rubber and chemicals production and supplying to oversea
markets. |

In Y2003, Sinoway totally supplied around 350,000mt
petcoke to the local Chinese markets. |

During 2003 and 2004, Sinoway also begin to supply the
local Chinese petcoke to Russia, India, USA and Bahrain,
etc. |
